Description

Carcassonne is a classic tile-placement strategy game where players build the landscape of southern France, one tile at a time. Each tile features elements such as cities, roads, cloisters, or fields, and must be placed so that all features connect logically—cities to cities, roads to roads, and so on.

After placing a tile, players can deploy one of their meeples to claim a feature: a knight in a city, a robber on a road, a monk in a cloister, or a farmer in a field. Once a feature is completed, players earn points based on its size and value.

Every turn presents a meaningful decision—expand your own structures for greater rewards or cleverly disrupt your opponents’ plans. With simple rules, quick turns, and endless strategic possibilities, Carcassonne is a timeless favorite that combines accessibility with tactical depth.
