Shop booster boxes and trading card games

Welcome to the Ozzie Collectables shop. Every product we sell is listed here – booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, booster packs, special collections, sealed cases, board games and sports cards – and every one of them is 100% authentic, priced in Australian dollars and shipped Australia-wide.

Booster boxes are the heart of the range, so this guide explains how to find the right one fast: how to filter the shop, which booster boxes each game offers, what you get inside a box and how to choose between English, Japanese and Asian-language releases. If you have a question that is not answered here, send us a message.

How to find booster boxes in the shop

The shop is built to help you narrow hundreds of products down to the few you want. On a computer the filters sit on the left of the product grid; on a phone, tap Filters above the grid.

  • Game – show only Pokémon, One Piece, Dragon Ball Super, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering or any other game we stock.
  • Product type – choose booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, booster packs, special collections, sealed cases and more.
  • Language – pick English, Japanese, Korean or Chinese product.
  • In stock only – hide sold-out products so you only see what you can buy today.
  • Price – set a price range that suits your budget.

Use the Sort by menu to show the newest products first, sort by price from low to high or high to low, or see our best sellers. Filters and sorting work together, so you can find, for example, the newest Japanese Pokémon boxes that are in stock in a couple of clicks.

Every product card in the grid shows the price, any sale price and whether the item is in stock, so you can compare at a glance. Tap a card to see full product details, photos and related products, or add it straight to your cart.

Pokémon booster boxes

Pokémon is our biggest range, and we stock it in four languages. Choose the language that suits how you collect or play:

Pokémon fans who want more than packs can also browse Elite Trainer Boxes, special collections and Japanese sealed cases.

One Piece and Dragon Ball Super booster boxes

Bandai’s two biggest card games are some of the fastest-moving products in the shop. Our English One Piece booster boxes and Japanese One Piece booster boxes cover the main OP sets along with extra boosters and premium boosters, and selected sets are available as English Asia Edition boxes. Collectors who want several boxes at once can choose Japanese One Piece sealed cases.

For the Dragon Ball Super Card Game, we stock Fusion World booster boxes in English and Japanese, Masters booster boxes, and Japanese sealed cases for the most popular Fusion World releases. The official One Piece Card Game website has set lists and release information for every One Piece set.

Magic: The Gathering and Yu-Gi-Oh! booster boxes

Our Magic: The Gathering booster boxes include Play Booster displays for drafting and opening, and Collector Booster displays packed with foils and alternate art, across sets such as Bloomburrow, Duskmourn, Edge of Eternities and Universes Beyond releases like Final Fantasy, Marvel’s Spider-Man and The Lord of the Rings. You can also pick up collector booster packs and Commander decks.

Yu-Gi-Oh! booster boxes cover core sets, which introduce new archetypes, as well as reprint and collector sets such as the Rarity Collection and Quarter Century releases. Single Yu-Gi-Oh! booster packs are a good way to try a set before committing to a full box.

The shop also carries a growing list of other games, so it is worth browsing even if your favourite is not one of the big names:

What is inside a booster box?

A booster box is a sealed display of booster packs straight from the manufacturer. The number of packs depends on the game and the set, so always check the product listing, but these are the most common sizes:

GameTypical booster box
Pokémon TCG (English)36 booster packs
Pokémon TCG (Japanese standard sets)30 booster packs
One Piece Card Game24 booster packs
Dragon Ball Super Card Game Fusion World24 booster packs
Magic: The Gathering Play Booster box36 booster packs
Magic: The Gathering Collector Booster box12 booster packs
Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG core set24 booster packs
Disney Lorcana24 booster packs

Special sets are often different – Japanese high-class Pokémon sets, for example, come in smaller boxes – so the exact pack count is always shown in the product details before you buy.

Elite Trainer Boxes, booster packs and bundles

Not ready for a full box? Elite Trainer Boxes combine booster packs with sleeves, dice and a storage box, while booster bundles, blister packs and Japanese booster packs let you open a set on a smaller budget. They are also some of the most popular gifts in the shop.

Special collections and premium boxes

Special collections, tins and premium boxes add extras you cannot find in a standard display, such as promo cards, figures, pins and oversize cards. We stock them in Japanese, Korean and Chinese editions, and they look fantastic on display.

Sealed cases of booster boxes

A sealed case holds several booster boxes in the manufacturer’s original shipping case, and the number of boxes inside is always listed in the product name. Sealed cases are made for serious openers, groups who open together and collectors who want several copies of the same set in pristine condition. Browse Japanese Pokémon cases, Japanese One Piece cases or Japanese Dragon Ball Super cases.

Board games and sports cards

The shop is not only trading cards. We also sell brand-new, sealed board games – from Catan and Ticket to Ride to Wingspan, Everdell and Dune: Imperium – plus officially licensed AFL, NRL and NBA trading card boxes for sports fans.

Why buy a full display?

Buying a whole display rather than loose packs has a few clear advantages. The price per pack is usually lower, you know every pack has come straight from a factory-sealed display, and you get a much better spread of the set, which makes it easier to build a binder or a playable deck.

Opening a full display is also an event in itself. Many collectors save a new release for a weekend opening with friends or family, trade their doubles on the spot and keep the empty display as a souvenir of the set.

Check the product page before you buy

Every product page in the shop is written to answer the questions customers ask most. Before you add something to your cart, check:

  • The language – English, Japanese, Korean or Chinese is named in the title and repeated in the product details.
  • The set and code – such as OP-09, FB-01 or S11, so you know exactly which release you are getting.
  • What is inside – the number of packs, or the number of boxes in a sealed case.
  • Availability – whether the product is in stock or a pre-order that ships when stock arrives.
  • The price in AUD – with any sale price clearly shown next to the original price.

If anything is unclear, the contact page is one click away, and we are happy to confirm details before you order.

Gift ideas from the shop

Trading cards make great presents, and the shop has something for every budget. Booster packs, blister packs and booster bundles make easy stocking fillers. Elite Trainer Boxes and special collections are ideal for birthdays because they include extras such as promo cards, figures and accessories. For the dedicated fan, nothing beats a full display or a sealed case, and our board games are a brilliant choice for family and friends who prefer to play together.

Opening day tips

Opening a new release is half the fun of collecting, and a little preparation makes it even better. Clear a clean, dry table, keep penny sleeves and top loaders within reach, and open packs carefully so cards are not bent or scratched. Sort your pulls by rarity as you go, set aside cards you want to trade, and keep the empty display and wrappers if you like to photograph or record your openings.

How to choose the right booster box

The best booster box depends on what you want to do with it. These quick rules of thumb help most customers decide:

  • To open and chase hits – choose a current set you love the look of. A full booster box gives you the best chance of pulling the set’s rarest cards.
  • To keep sealed – look for popular sets that you think other collectors will want in years to come. Store them carefully and keep them away from sunlight.
  • To play – English cards are the standard for official tournaments in Australia, and they build a strong base of cards for deck building.
  • As a gift – a booster box is a memorable gift for a dedicated fan, while an Elite Trainer Box or special collection suits newer collectors.
  • On a budget – Japanese and Korean releases often cost less than their English versions, and the clearance section is worth checking for marked-down stock.

English or Japanese booster boxes?

English product is the right choice if you want to play at official events or prefer cards you can read at a glance. Japanese product is mainly bought for collecting – they are often cheaper per pack, they release earlier and many collectors prefer their print quality and card stock.

Korean and Chinese releases follow similar patterns, and Asia Edition boxes for the One Piece Card Game contain English-language cards made for the Asian market. Every product title in the shop names the language, so you always know exactly what you are buying.

Buying booster boxes in Australia

Buying from an Australian store means prices in Australian dollars, no currency conversion and no surprise import fees at checkout. Every order from Ozzie Collectables is packed with care for collectors and shipped Australia-wide, and the delivery options for your address are shown at checkout.

Every product we sell is 100% authentic and factory sealed – never reprints, proxies or resealed boxes. If something you want is sold out, join the release alerts at the bottom of the page to hear about restocks, or contact us to ask whether more is on the way.

New releases and restocks

New products are added to the shop as soon as they are confirmed, and popular sets are restocked whenever supply allows. The quickest ways to keep up are to sort the shop by Newest first, check the New arrivals section on the homepage and join the release alerts at the bottom of every page, which email you when new listings and restocks go live.

Release dates are set by the publishers and can occasionally move. When that happens, the product page is updated and pre-order customers are kept informed by email.

Pre-order booster boxes

New sets are often listed for pre-order before release. Pre-order products have [PRE-ORDER] in the product name and ship when stock arrives. Sort the shop by Newest first to see the latest pre-orders, and pre-order early for popular sets, which can sell out before release day.

Looking after sealed booster boxes

Sealed boxes keep best upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Acrylic cases and box protectors guard against dents and crushed corners, and keeping them off the floor protects them from spills. If you open your boxes, sleeve your best pulls straight away. For more tips, read the Ozzie Collectables guide.

Booster box FAQs

How many packs are in a booster box?

Yes. Every box arrives factory sealed, exactly as it left the manufacturer.

Are your booster boxes authentic?

Yes. We only sell genuine, officially licensed product – never reprints, proxies or resealed boxes.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. We ship Australia-wide, and the delivery options for your address are shown at checkout.

Can I pre-order booster boxes?

Do you sell full cases of booster boxes?

Yes, for selected sets. Browse sealed cases, or contact us if you need more than one case.

What is the difference between Play Boosters and Collector Boosters?

For Magic: The Gathering, Play Boosters are designed for drafting and opening for fun, while Collector Boosters contain fewer cards but far more foils, alternate art and special treatments.

What is an Asia Edition box?

For the One Piece Card Game, an Asia Edition box contains English-language cards produced for the Asian market. The product title always says when a box is an Asia Edition.

How do I see only products that are in stock?

Tick In stock only in the filters. You can combine it with the game, product type, language and price filters.

Which booster boxes are best for new collectors?

Start with a current set from the game you enjoy most. If a full booster box feels like too much, an Elite Trainer Box or booster bundle is a great first step.
