Pokémon 30th Anniversary Pre Order Guide: Release Dates and What Is Still to Come
How a Pokémon 30th Anniversary pre order works, every 30th Celebration release date, and which boxes are still on pre order at Ozzie Collectables.
A Pokémon 30th Anniversary pre order is the simplest way to lock in the 30th Celebration boxes that have not reached Australian shelves yet. The set itself launched in September, but the biggest items, including the Ultra-Premium Collections, the Mew and Mewtwo Figure Collections and the ex Tins, arrive in the final weeks of 2026, so knowing each Pokémon 30th Anniversary release date matters.
This guide explains how pre orders work at Ozzie Collectables, lists every official date in one timeline, and shows which products are still available as a 30th Anniversary pre order today. It finishes with practical tips for securing the boxes you want, what to do when they arrive, and a look at the next big English release.
How a Pokémon 30th Anniversary Pre Order Works
A Pokémon 30th Anniversary pre order lets you buy a product before its release date, so your order is in place before the stock arrives. On our site, these products carry a clear [PRE-ORDER] tag at the start of the product name. Everything else in the range has already been released, so you can tell at a glance what is still to come.
Every product at Ozzie Collectables is 100% authentic and officially licensed, prices are in Australian dollars, and we ship each Pokémon 30th Anniversary pre order Australia-wide. If you have a question about a specific pre order, such as how it fits with other items in your cart, the best step is to contact us before you check out.
How to place a pre order
Placing a pre order with us works much like any other purchase. The main difference is that the product has not been released yet, so it pays to read the product page carefully before you check out. Here is the process step by step, from finding the right listing to getting answers on anything that is unclear:
- Find the product and check for the [PRE-ORDER] tag in its name.
- Read the product page for the contents and the latest release information.
- Add it to your cart and check out as you would for any other product.
- Contact us if anything is unclear, especially if you are combining pre order and released items.
Release dates and Australian timing
The Pokémon Company sets the release date for each product, and each 30th Anniversary release date below is the international date it announced. The 30th Celebration set was the first Pokémon TCG expansion with a simultaneously coordinated global launch, according to the official 30th Celebration announcement. Later waves can still reach Australian retailers on slightly different days, so treat each date as a guide.
Why allocation matters
Retailers do not order unlimited quantities of a new product. Distributors share out the available stock, called an allocation, and the most wanted items, such as Ultra-Premium Collections, can be spread thinly. That is why collectors place a 30th Anniversary pre order early: it puts your order in line before the product lands, rather than competing for whatever is left once it has been released.
Pokémon 30th Anniversary Release Date Timeline
Here is every English 30th Celebration product with its international release date, drawn from The Pokémon Company’s announcements and the official product showcase. If you only need one Pokémon 30th Anniversary release date, find the product in the first column. For the full story behind the set, see our Pokémon 30th Anniversary pillar guide.
| Product | International release date | On pre order at Ozzie? |
|---|---|---|
| Elite Trainer Box, Poster Collection, Tech Sticker Collections | 16 September 2026 | No, released |
| Knock Out Collection, Sylveon ex Box, Greninja ex Box | 16 September 2026 | No, released |
| Booster Bundle and Mini Tins | 2 October 2026 | No, released |
| Binder Collection | Reported dates vary | No |
| Espeon ex and Umbreon ex Battle Decks | 30 October 2026 | Yes |
| Ultra-Premium Collection Day and Night | 6 November 2026 | Yes |
| Ditto Premium Collection | 6 November 2026 | Yes |
| Mew and Mewtwo Figure Collections | 6 November 2026 | Yes |
| Sylveon ex and Greninja ex Tins | 4 December 2026 | Yes |
The Binder Collection is the one product with conflicting reports: early listings gave it a 2 October date, while later trade reports placed it in December. Our Pokémon 30th Anniversary ETB review covers the September launch boxes, which are all out now, so this guide focuses on what is still to come.
The Japanese and Chinese dates
The Japanese 30th CELEBRATION set (M6a) and the Simplified Chinese 30thC release both launched on 16 September 2026, the same date as English. Japan followed with its 30th CELEBRATION Card Sets on 16 October. Because those products are already out, none of them need a 30th Anniversary pre order. Our Pokémon 30th Anniversary booster box guide covers the Japanese and Chinese boxes in detail.
What Has Already Been Released
Before looking at what is left, it helps to know what has already landed. The Pokémon 30th Anniversary release date for the main set was 16 September 2026, when the Elite Trainer Box, Poster Collection, Tech Sticker Collections, Knock Out Collection, 2-Pack Blister and the Sylveon ex and Greninja ex Boxes all arrived together. None of these need a Pokémon 30th Anniversary pre order any more.
The second wave on 2 October added the six-pack Booster Bundle and ten Mini Tin designs. Earlier in the year, the anniversary also brought the Pokémon Day 2026 Collection and the First Partner Illustration Collections, which feature starter Pokémon across three series. Our First Partner Illustration Collection guide covers those in detail if you are still filling gaps.
What Is Still on Pre Order at Ozzie Collectables
At the time of writing, these products are marked pre order on our site. Each one links to its product page, which is the best place to check the latest 30th Anniversary release date before you order. They are grouped by Pokémon so you can see the matching pairs at a glance:
- 30th Celebration Ultra-Premium Day Collection (Espeon ex)
- 30th Celebration Ultra-Premium Night Collection (Umbreon ex)
- Mew Figure Collection and Mewtwo Figure Collection
- Ditto Premium Collection
- Battle Deck Espeon ex and Battle Deck Umbreon ex
- Sylveon ex Tin and Greninja ex Tin
The Battle Decks reached their international release date on 30 October, but they are still a Pokémon 30th Anniversary pre order with us while they make their way to Australia. Everything else on the list is due in November or December. You will find the whole group, alongside the released boxes, in our Pokémon Special Collections category.
Ultra-Premium Collections: The Biggest 30th Anniversary Pre Order
The Day and Night Ultra-Premium Collections share the same Pokémon 30th Anniversary release date, 6 November 2026, and are the most premium English 30th Celebration products. The Day box features Espeon ex and the Night box features Umbreon ex. According to ICv2’s report on the Ultra-Premium Collections, each one contains:
- A foil Pikachu ex promo in a day or night version illustrated by YOSHIROTTEN
- A foil Espeon ex (Day) or Umbreon ex (Night) promo
- A playmat, 65 card sleeves, a deck box and a metal coin
- Six damage-counter dice and a Pokémon TCG Live code card
- 29 booster packs plus one Classic Collection pack with three etched cards

With 30 packs inside, the Ultra-Premium Collection is the largest English 30th Anniversary box, and the day and night Pikachu ex promos make the pair a natural set. Many collectors place a Pokémon 30th Anniversary pre order for both versions at once. Our Pokémon 30th Anniversary UPC guide compares Day and Night side by side and covers the four-box case.
Mew, Mewtwo and Ditto Collections
The Mew and Mewtwo Figure Collections and the Ditto Premium Collection share a 30th Anniversary release date of 6 November 2026. Each Figure Collection contains five booster packs, a sculpted figure, a foil promo and an oversize foil card of its Pokémon. Mew and Mewtwo are also the stars of the set’s Futuristic rares, so these two boxes suit collectors who want display pieces as well as packs.

The Ditto Premium Collection is a different style of box, with eight booster packs, a Ditto promo card and an acrylic display, and like the Figure Collections it is open for a 30th Anniversary pre order now. It sits between the Figure Collections and the Ultra-Premium Collections for pack count. If you are torn between the three, our Mew 30th Anniversary Pokémon guide explains which box suits which collector.
Battle Decks and ex Tins
The Espeon ex and Umbreon ex Battle Decks are the player-focused part of the 30th Celebration line, and their 30th Anniversary release date of 30 October makes them the first of the late wave. Each is an all-foil, ready-to-play 60-card deck with a deck box, playmat and coin. The Espeon ex deck includes a foil Victini promo and the Umbreon ex deck includes a foil Zeraora promo, so the pair makes a good head-to-head starter for two players.

The Sylveon ex and Greninja ex Tins are the last English 30th Celebration products on the calendar, with a 30th Anniversary release date of 4 December 2026. Each tin pairs booster packs with a foil promo of its Pokémon, which makes them an easy gift for the holidays. For a full comparison of these Pokémon and their boxes, read our Sylveon 30th Anniversary guide.
Should You Pre Order or Wait?
A 30th Anniversary pre order is not the right choice for every product. For the late 30th Celebration boxes, it mostly comes down to how much you want a particular item and how flexible you are about when you buy it. Here is how the two approaches compare for the November and December releases:
| Pre order now | Wait for release | |
|---|---|---|
| Your order | In place before the stock arrives | Depends on what is left after release |
| Planning | Spread purchases across several months | Buy everything at once |
| Information | Decide before opening reports appear | See opened boxes and pull reports first |
| Best for | Premium boxes you definitely want | Products you are still deciding on |
For most collectors, the sensible approach is a mix: place a 30th Anniversary pre order on the one or two premium boxes you are certain about, then decide on smaller items once you have seen what the packs contain. That way you are not caught out on the boxes that matter most, and you keep some flexibility for the rest.
Tips for Securing Your 30th Anniversary Pre Order
The final 30th Celebration waves include some of the most anticipated products of the year, so a little planning goes a long way. These tips apply whether you want one box or the full set of late releases, and whether you are buying to open, to play or to keep sealed:
- Know each 30th Anniversary release date. Use the timeline above so you know what is due and when.
- Start with your top priority. If an Ultra-Premium Collection is the box you want most, place that pre order first.
- Decide on Day, Night or both. The two Ultra-Premium Collections have different promos, so choose before you order.
- Check the card list first. Our 30th Anniversary Pokémon card list shows what you can pull, which helps you decide between packs and promos.
- Ask before you buy. If you are unsure about anything, contact us and we will help you sort it out.
A 30th Anniversary Pokémon preorder is also a good way to spread your spending. Instead of buying everything at once, you can reserve each box as you decide on it and plan around the November and December dates. Following The Pokémon Company’s official channels is the best way to hear about any date changes as soon as they are announced.
Official sources to follow
For the most reliable 30th Anniversary release date information, go straight to the source. The Pokémon Company announces new products and dates on pokemon.com and its press site, and its product showcases list exact contents. When a date changes, it usually appears there first, so check the official news and the product page before placing a 30th Anniversary Pokémon preorder on a late wave.
When Your 30th Anniversary Pre Order Arrives
Once your boxes land, a few simple habits will keep them in top condition. Every card in the 30th Celebration set is foil, and foil cards show scratches and curling more easily than standard cards. That makes protection worth thinking about before you open anything, especially with a 30-pack Ultra-Premium Collection.
- Decide sealed or opened first. Keep the outer wrap on any box you plan to display or collect sealed.
- Sleeve the hits straight away. The Ultra-Premium Collections include 65 sleeves, which is a good start.
- Keep the Classic Collection pack separate. Its three etched cards are easy to mix up with regular pulls.
- Store boxes flat and dry. Heat and humidity can warp packaging and curl foil cards, so avoid sunny shelves.
Beyond the 30th: Delta Reign
The 30th Celebration is not the only big English release on the calendar. Delta Reign, an upcoming Mega Evolution series expansion (ME06), has a 6 November 2026 release date, the same date as the 30th Anniversary premium boxes. If you are planning a November budget, it is worth looking at both release schedules together so nothing slips through.
The Delta Reign Elite Trainer Box is also open for pre order with us and contains nine booster packs plus the usual Elite Trainer Box accessories. To learn about the set itself, see our Delta Reign guide, and browse the full range of Pokémon Elite Trainer Boxes, including the released 30th Celebration boxes, for more options.
Pokémon 30th Anniversary Pre Order FAQ
What is still available for a Pokémon 30th Anniversary pre order?
At the time of writing, the Ultra-Premium Collections (Day and Night), the Mew and Mewtwo Figure Collections, the Ditto Premium Collection, the Espeon ex and Umbreon ex Battle Decks and the Sylveon ex and Greninja ex Tins are all on pre order at Ozzie Collectables. Everything else in the 30th Celebration line has already been released.
What is the Pokémon 30th Anniversary release date?
The 30th Celebration set launched worldwide on 16 September 2026. Further English waves followed on 2 October and 30 October, with the Ultra-Premium, Figure and Ditto collections due on 6 November and the ex Tins on 4 December 2026. Pokémon Day, the franchise’s actual 30th birthday, was 27 February 2026.
Is there a 30th Anniversary pre order for an English booster box?
No. The official English 30th Celebration line-up does not include a booster box, so the Ultra-Premium Collection is the biggest English pre order. If you want a sealed booster box, the Japanese M6a and Simplified Chinese 30thC boxes are already released, and our booster box guide compares them.
Can I pre order both the Day and Night Ultra-Premium Collections?
Yes. The Day and Night versions are separate products with their own listings, so you can pre order one or both. Apart from the featured Pokémon, the promo cards and the themed accessories, their contents are the same, which is why many collectors buy the pair to complete the day and night Pikachu ex promos.
Will Australian release dates match the international dates?
The set launched simultaneously worldwide, but later products can reach Australian retailers on slightly different days. The international dates in this guide are the official ones from The Pokémon Company. For the latest status on any item, check its product page or contact us before you place your 30th Anniversary Pokémon preorder.
Are pre order products genuine English stock?
Yes. Every product we sell, including every Pokémon 30th Anniversary pre order, is 100% authentic and officially licensed English Pokémon TCG product. The pre order tag only means the product has not been released yet; once it arrives, it is the same sealed retail box you would buy on release day.
