Privacy Policy
Ozzie Collectables (“we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through ozziescollectables.com.au, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Information we collect
- When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, the items you buy and any order notes.
- When you create an account: your name, email address and password, plus your saved addresses and order history. Passwords are stored in encrypted form and we cannot see them.
- When you contact us: the details you send through our contact form (your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, and your message), by email, or by chat such as WhatsApp.
- When you sign up for release alerts: your email address.
- When you pay: you pay by bank transfer from your own bank. We receive the details your bank sends with the transfer, such as the sender’s name, the amount and the payment reference, and use them to match your payment to your order. We never ask for or store card details.
- When you browse our site: technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at our site (for example, the website or campaign that referred you to an order).

We do not sell your personal information.
Information stored outside Australia
Some of the service providers we use, such as hosting, email, payment and chat services, may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to choose providers that protect personal information appropriately.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart and checkout working, to keep you signed in to your account, and to record how you arrived at our site when you place an order. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may not work properly without them.
Keeping your information secure
Our website uses a secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to personal information to the people who need it to run the store. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to meet our legal obligations. For example, Australian businesses must keep tax records for five years.
